I’m not a big fan of Beetroot. And thus, when I go to eat it, it must be something extraordinary! And such was the RAW borscht – made by Kajo for our alternative Xmas dinner! I also call it Detox soup as it looks so RAW and bloody healthy!
- Beetroot juice (+ RAW beetroot)
- Red (or white) cabbage
- Olive Oil
- Chili (or pink pepper or anything hot)
- To admit, I never have to time to measure up the ingredients. I only follow my flavour instinct :) Add all in a blender and keep blending until you get this velvet red beauty :)
