Beetroot & Fennel Salad with Mustard Dressing
 
Ingredients
  • Valeriana Salad
  • Beetroot (finely sliced with a peeler)
  • Fennel
  • Apple
  • Red Onion (optional)
  • Roasted Seeds (pumpkin, sunflower)
  • For Dressing
  • Mustard
  • Lime or Lemon
  • Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Mix together the sliced beetroot with valeriana salad, fennel, sliced apple, onion and roasted seeds. To make the dressing, use mustard (whole-grained) + lemon juice + olive oil + agave (or honey) + black pepper + salt. Pour the dresssing over the salad, serve and enjoy!
