- Kale - loose leaves
- Fermented Cabbage
- Fresh Herbs - Parsley or Cilantro
- Onion (optional)
- Spices: Caraway, Cumin ...
- Olive Oil, Sesame Oil ...
- Stew the kale leaves until they are soft or medium soft (as you like) ... they should be soft enough for rolling. Meanwhile, cook the fermented cabbage with spices (caraway and cumin - or any you like). When the cabbage is done (al dente), add fresh grated carrot, chopped herbs (cilantro parsley) and olive oil (or sesame seeds oil). Use this mixture as a filling for kale leaves. Enjoy!!
