Cleanse with Amanbir– DAY 2 – Red Rice cooked with Curry Spice with Steamed Broccoli

First time I made Red Rice! And I didn’t expect it to be so good! The structure is completely different form the white rice. It’s a bit crispy and it has a really nice flavor just by itself.

Ingredients
  • Red Rice
  • Curry Spice
  • Red Onion (or anything that you can boil the rice with)
  • Broccoli
  • Olive or Hempseed Oil
  • For serving:
  • Daikon Radish
  • Black Sesame Seeds
Instructions
  1. Cook the rice together with Curry Spice and red onion. When cooked, drain properly and add steamed broccoli. Stirr in Hempseed or Olive oil. Serve with fresh daikon radish peels and black sesame seeds or anything fresh :)
