The biggest challenge with this diet is replacing the salt. It is actually not replaceable at all, but you can add some extra flavors to forget that you actually miss the salt

Veggie Quinoa with Fresh Parsley and Tahini Dressing

Cleanse with Amanbir - Day 1- Quinoa cooked with veggies and Tahini Dressing

Ingredients
  • 2 cups Quinoa
  • Carrots
  • Celery Root
  • Kale
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Fresh Parsley
  • New Spice, Bay Leave
  • Hemp Seed Oil
  • For Tahini Dressing
  • Tahini paste (with no salt)
  • Lime or Lemon
  • 1 tsp. Agave
  • Water
Instructions
  1. Cook the quinoa together with chopped veggies. You can add some spices like New Spice, Bay leave - to make a proper broth of it :) Cook until the Quinoa is cooked and let chill for 15 minutes. Stir in 1-2 tbsp. Hemp Seed Oil. Serve sprinkled with fresh Parsley and garnished with Tahini Dressing made of Tahini, Lime and Agave. Enjoy!
