Vegan Melted Cheese for Veggie Dipping

I didn’t believe this could taste so good, so cheesy! It’s made just of basic ingredients – and no nuts needed! This melted beauty is perfect as a dip for veggies or you can also pour it over pasta. It’s even more delicious.
Vegan Melted Cheese for Veggie Dipping
Recipe type: cheese
  • 1 cup potatoes (cubed, boiled)
  • ½ cup carrot (cubed, boiled)
  • 4 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 5 tbsp Nutritional Yeast
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • ¼ small Onion
  1. Add all the ingerdients in a blender and blend until you get ultra smooth :) cheesy texture.
