Gingerbread Almond Milk! My favorite “Mylk” or also called “Nemliko” :)

Gingerbread! What a lovely smell! And I don’t mean the cake (of course, I am gluten-free). For my RAW sweet recipes, gingerbread spice became my most favorite one! It reminds me of Christmas (which is really helpful in this hot weather) and also can make the desserts taste more sexy

Gingerbread Almond Milk! My favorite "Mylk" or also called "Nemliko" :)
  • 1 cup almonds (unpeeled, soaked overnight)
  • 4 cups water
  • Raw Dates (depends how sweet you like it - I used approx. 5 dates)
  • ½ tsp. Gingerbread Spice
  1. Add everything in a blender and blend for the highest speed untill it's smooth and creamy. Use nut milk bag to drain it!
