This RAW falafel is just so ALL in ONE – seeds, veggie, herbs, spices, … yummy, filling, healthy, … and this is the recipe:

RAW Falafel = Carrot + Seeds + Herbs + Spices
  • 2 cups Carrots
  • 1 cup Sunflower Seeds
  • Handful Fresh parsley (or more)
  • ½ cup Ground Flax seeds
  • ½ cup Sesame seeds
  • Onion, garlic - to taste
  • Spices: Cumin, Salt, Curry, Paprika
  1. Blend the carrots, sunflower, sesame, flax seeds until you get fne, crunchy consistency. Add chopped parsley, garlic, onion, spices - mix well. Roll small balls and serve right away!
