This pudding is perfect for a quick & filling spring breakfast. No added sugar – still tastes so sweet and so creamy – exactly as I like it!

Easy RAW banana & nuts "pudding" with Goji
  • 2 bananas
  • handful Hazelnuts (soaked)
  • 5 dates (soaked)
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Goji for garnish
  • ¼ cup Almond milk (or water)
  1. Blend it all! ... And serve garnished with Goji
