RAW Poppy & Prune Truffles

This post is dedicated especially to all truffles lovers! And coconut lovers! … And RAW desserts lovers! And all good things lovers!

RAW Poppy & Prune Truffles
  • 1 cup dried shredded coconut
  • ½ cup poppy seeds (ground)
  • ½ cup prunes (soaked in the water)
  • RAW cocoa powder
  • Agave or Date syrup
  • 1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
  1. Blend the shredded coconut in a food processor until you get flour texture. Add ground poppy seeds, prunes (chopped in small pieces), coconut oil and agave syrup (adding RAW cocoa is optional). Blend until dough texture - just for you to be able to roll small balls. Roll the balls over some extra dried coconut (if you like it sweeter) or ccocoa powder (if you like it bitter). Place in a fridge for min. 2 hours. Serve and enjoy!
