RAW Poppy Mini Cake aka "Makovec"
- 1 cup Cuckwheat groats
- 1 cup Poppy seeds (whole)
- ½ cup Coconut Oil
- Agave to Taste (I used approx. 4 tbsp.)
- ¼ cup RAW cocoa
- First add the buckwheat groats and poppy seeds in a blender or food processor and blend until you get fine "flour". Add all the remaining ingredients and process. You should get a dough consistency (if it's too thick, add more coconut oil). Press the dough in a small cake form and place in a fridge for at least 3 hours.
