Tofu, Black Beans and Red Bell Pepper dip

I’m having “blending season”, for sure. Whatever I find in the kitchen, I just blend it
:)
This time, I found some Tofu, Beans and Red Bell Pepper and made a tasty dip. I love it most with celery stalks or apples.
Tofu, Black Beans and Red Bell Pepper dip
 
Ingredients
  • 1 package natural Tofu
  • 1 can Red Beans
  • 2 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (or Sliced Sterilized Red Bell Pepper, as I used for this recipe)
  • 3 tbsp. Olive Oil
  • juice of ½ Lemon (or 2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar)
  • Salt to taste
  • Hot Paprika powder or Chili (optional)
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Serve sprinkled with sesame seeds.
