I am actually testing my Vitamix blender wit this super smooth spread … and yes!! It works perfectly :)

Yesterday was a very special day for me. As a delayed Christmas gift, I got the most beautiful and powerful blender ever – Vitamix. I wanted to test how powerful it actually is and decided to make this Tofu + Bell Pepper spread. And the result for now is: PERFECT!!

Smooth and Slightly Spicy Tofu Spread
 
Ingredients
  • 2 firm TOFU packages
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ½ small onion
  • 1 fresh Red Bell Pepper (or ½ cup sterilized red bell pepper)
  • ¼ cup sunflower/olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp. Sweet Paprika powder
  • pinch of Chili powder (or more, if you like it hot :)
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Add all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Add some extra garlic, oil, spices to your taste. Serve as a dip for veggies or fruit. Enjoy!
