Vegan Roasted Bell Pepper + Chickpea + Pecans Spread
Recipe type: Hummus
  • 1 can Chickpea
  • 3 cloves roasted Garlic
  • juice of 1 Lime
  • 2 handfull Pecans
  • 1 handful fresh Parsley
  • 1 small red onion
  • 4 roasted red Bell Pepper
  • Salt
  • Water (if needed, if the spread too thick)
  1. First roast the bell pepper and garlic in a oven until slightly golden. Let it cool down. To make this delicious spread, put all the ingredients (roasted bell pepper, garlic, pecans, chickpea, lime juice, parsley, onion, salt) in a blender and blend until spread texture ...
