I like using this dressing as a dip for roasted vegetables and sweet potatoes. It works well as an alternative for regular mayo or creamy dressing. Just with small difference – it’s completely guilt-free = vegan
- 1 Lemon
- 4 tbsp. Tahini
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt, Pepper
- Fresh herbs - Mint or cilantro
- 2 tbsp. Almond milk
- Stir together Tahini + Lemon juice + Almond milk until completely smooth. Add minced garlic, salt, pepper and chopped fresh herbs - Mint or Cilantro or Parsley. Stir properly. Adjust the taste by adding more lemon, tahini or almond milk --- just as you like.
