Shake of Dates!

I am on my dates diet again. Actually it’s not a diet at all … I am just addicted to dates. This shake is a perfect simple combination of dazes, almond and cinnamon.
Shake of Dates!
Recipe type: Smoothie
  • about 5 dates (soaked in water)
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 (frozen) bananas
  • pinch or two :) of cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon almonds (soaked in water)
  1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth. Serve sprinkled with some extra cinnamon and chopped almonds.
