Rosemary Roasted Cashews

Ok, I admit. My cashews got a bit burnt .)
Rosemary Roasted Cashews
Recipe type: Cashews
  • RAW Cashews - as much as you can eat
  • 2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
  • 2 Tsp. dried Rosemary
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Preheat the oven to 400 F. First roast the plain cashews for 5 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the "marinate": melt the coconut oil + rosemary + salt + pepper. Glaze the cashews with this marinate and roast for 3 more minutes or serve immediately.
