Rosemary Roasted Cashews

- RAW Cashews - as much as you can eat
- 2 Tbsp. Coconut Oil
- 2 Tsp. dried Rosemary
- Preheat the oven to 400 F. First roast the plain cashews for 5 minutes. Meanwhile prepare the "marinate": melt the coconut oil + rosemary + salt + pepper. Glaze the cashews with this marinate and roast for 3 more minutes or serve immediately.
