Basic Indian Mango Lassi
Recipe type: Beverage
  • 1 large ripe mango
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 plain white yoghurt (for vegan version: any plant-based yoghurt)
  • 1 teaspoon honey (for vegan version: agave)
  • pinch of cardamon (optional)
  • approx. 5 ice cubes
  1. Blend everything together until completely smooth
