Lime + Agave + Sriracha Sauce for Roasted Brussel

- Preheat your oven to 400°F. Meanwhile cut the sprout in halves, toss with olive oil and salt and roast for about 40 minutes, until slightly golden. Now it's time prepare the sauce to dip the sprouts in: combine the juice of 1 lime with 2 teaspoons of agave and approx. 1 teaspoon (depends on how hot you like it) Sriracha.
- Use this sauce as a dip for roasted brussels sprouts.
