My summer breakfast is something what involves cherries. Cherry season is something that involves this smoothie. And cherries are also that kind of fruit that involves using some extra flavor like coconut or vanilla. I chose vanilla this time (vanilla essence).
- 2 bananas (or more, if you prefer your smoothie thick and rich)
- 1 cup almond milk, or any any plant based milk (or less if you prefer your smoothie more liquid)
- Handful pitted cherries
- 2 drops vanilla essence
- Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Serve drizzled with some extra cherry juice. And yes, it looks bloody good.
