What about using tahini for sweet cups? Yes, yes, yes! The combo of tahini + coconut oil + dates is soooo good. As all the RAW recipes using coconut oil this will take just a few minutes to prepare.
- ⅓ cup melted coconut oil
- ½ cup raw tahini
- agave sirup - adjust to your taste
- pinch of salt
- shredded coconut (optional) - 2 table spoons
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor (besides cranberries) and blend until smooth. To make it thicker, add the shredded coconut. Pour the mixture into any paper form (I used paper cups) and sprinkle each cup with some cranberries (they should sink :) Put it in a fridge/freezer until hardened.
