Tofu become my favorite ingredient since I made this recipe. I love it cause it’s super simple, quick and so tasty and smooth! It is also a vegan version of chocolate cream of pudding.
- 1 package of silken tofu
- 2 table spoons of RAW cocoa powder
- 3 table spoons of agave (or more, depends on how sweet you love)
- 1 table spoon of vanilla extract
- peanuts to sprinkle
- Blend all the the ingredients in the blender until perfectly smooth. Serve in a glass, sprinkled with peanuts.
