Poppy Milk – Calcium Packed Drink

This milk was my very first plant-based milk I tried. Since that I’ve been recommending it to all my friends. It’s pretty simple (as all the vegan milks) and tastes so good. It makes a nice combo with fresh strawberries.

  • poppy seeds
  • blender

  1. Place the seeds in a cup and add enough water to cover. Let the seeds steep in the water overnight.
  2. Transfer the seeds and water to a blender and blend until very smooth. About 3 minutes.
  3. Spoon this mixture into a cheesecloth and squeeze over a bowl. To make the taste as good as possible, place the milk into a fridge and let it chilled out.
