Ingredients
  • 1 cup granulated white sugar
  • ½ cup full fat coconut cream
  • pinch of salt
Instructions
  1. First place the coconut cream can in the fridge overnight. When ready, scrape of the coconut cream off the top. Place a pan with sugar and salt over medium heat and while constantly stirring let it caramelized. This might take a while so be patient. Finally add the coconut cream and mix until smooth and consistent.
