Basic Coconut Cream & Peanut Butter Whip


This basic cream is perfect as a RAW desserts topping.

Basic Coconut Cream & Peanut Butter Whip
  • 1 cup coconut cream
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  1. Chill the coconut cream overnight. With this the coconut cream separates from the coconut liquid. You only need the coconut cream. (I like using the liquid for hot cocoa). Using a mixer, mix the coconut milk until fluffy. Finally add the peanut butter and continue whipping for few more seconds.
