Basic Coconut Cream & Peanut Butter Whip
- 1 cup coconut cream
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- Chill the coconut cream overnight. With this the coconut cream separates from the coconut liquid. You only need the coconut cream. (I like using the liquid for hot cocoa). Using a mixer, mix the coconut milk until fluffy. Finally add the peanut butter and continue whipping for few more seconds.
