Recipe type: Smoothie
- 1 cup of almond milk
- 2 bananas (frozen even better)
- ½ cup almonds (soaked for at least 3 hours)
- optional: pinch of cinnamon
- Put all these ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Adjust the amount of almond milk or bananas just it to be thick enough. Pout into a glass and enjoy it!
