This milk is nothing like the Almond milk you can buy in the store. This almond milk is so much better. It’s thicker and richer in taste! And once you know how easy it is to prepare it, you will be enjoying it even more.
- Raw Almonds (1 cup)
- Water (about 4 cups)
- pinch or two (let's make two :) of cinnamon
- Place almonds in a bowl and cover with water. Let them soak overnight. Soaking overnigh works best. However, if you are in hurry (you shouldn't be :) soaking for a few hours is also fine.
- Place the almonds with water into a blender and blend until smooth (3 minutes). Use cheese cloth or cheese bag to squeeze the mixture over a bowl. Finally place the milk in the fridge to chill it.
